China Factory 3A Zeolite Molecular Sieve
At present, molecular sieves are widely used in chemical, electronic, petrochemical and other industries.
Molecular sieve models commonly used in industry:
Type A: potassium A (3A), sodium A (4A), calcium A (5A)
Type X: Calcium X (10X), Sodium X (13X)
Type Y: Sodium Y, Calcium Y
Molecular sieves have strong hygroscopicity and should be used for purification of ***es. When preserved, direct exposure to air should be avoided. Molecular sieves with long storage time and moisture absorption should be regenerated before use. Molecular sieves avoid oil and liquid water. Avoid contact with oil and liquid water when using. In industrial production, the drying ***es are air, hydrogen, oxygen, nitrogen and so on. Two adsorption dryers are connected in parallel, one working, and the other can be regenerated. Alternate work and regeneration to ensure continuous operation of equipment. The dryer works at room temperature and regenerates by flushing air at 350 C.
Type 3A:
Will exclude most molecules except water. Type 3A is used for drying natu***gas, ethanol and reactive monomers such as olefins etc. Type 3A is usually made by ion-exchanging potassium onto Type 4A in place of sodium.
The 3A molecular sieve is an alkali metal aluminosilicate with a pore opening of approximately 3 angstroms. Type 3A is made by ion-exchanging the sodium in the type 4A sieve with potassium. The 3A molecular sieve will exclude most molecules except water, making it very selective. This type of bead also has advantages in crush strength, durability and high rate of adsorption. The 3A molecular sieve can remove moisture in both liquid and gas applications. Type 3A is used in the production of insulated glass, refrigerant drying, general moisture removal and the drying of natu*** gas, hydrocarbon liquids, ethanol and reactive monomers such as olefins.
