Product Description

YTZP yttria zirconia beads are made of high-grade and nanometre Yttria Stabilized Zirconia (YSZ) which is proudly produced by our own facility in large and homogenous batches. This advanced precursor material guarantees excellent mechanical properties, outstanding wear resistance and good corrosion resistance. This high density bead is used to achieve maximum milling results at minimum product contamination rates.

Material Introduction

Yttria Stabilized Zirconia Grinding Media or YSZ Grinding Media or Yttria Stabilized Zirconia Grinding Beads have pearl-like luster and smooth working spherical surface, dense internal structure, the high specific gravity of 6.0 g/cm3, strong compression resistance and ultra-high wear resistance. YTZ grinding media is the best in ceramic grinding media. However, this product has higher requirements for the hardness of the material used in the inner cylinder of the grinding machine.

The Main Uses

1. especially suitable for nano-horizontal sand mills, high-speed stirring mills, vibration mills, ultra-fine mills and various high-speed rod-pin sand mills, etc.;

Product Features

1. High grinding efficiency: The specific gravity of yttrium stabilized zirconium oxide beads is 1.6 times that of zirconium silicate beads and 3 times that of glass beads. It has a higher grinding efficiency under the same conditions.
2. Good fluidity: YTZ balls and beads have good roundness and smooth surface, and the wear on the equipment is lower than other grinding media.
3. Impact resistance and low abrasion: YSZ balls and beads for grinding have good toughness, and will not crack or peel in high-speed and high-concentration machines. The wear resistance is 50 times that of glass beads and about 5 times that of zirconium silicate beads. .
